South Africa have finally got a spinner who can be useful under Indian conditions in Imran Tahir. They have got a good chance of in this edition because most of their players have experience of playing in these conditions (IPL) and know how the tracks behave. The series between South Africa and Australia is evenly poised at 1-1, thanks to heroics of David Warner and Glenn Maxwell in the second T20 International series of the ongoing three-match T20I series. Following this, South Africa may want to make some changes in their side for the third and final T20I on 9th March. Darren Lehmann says even though Australia have reached the top of the ICC Rankings for Teams in Test cricket, his side has a lot left to achieve. Australia became world No. 1 after their away series win in New Zealand by a margin of 2-0 last month, and they are likely to stay at the top with lot of T20 cricket lined up in the next few months. Lehmann wants Australia to keep improving, as he believes Australia have selected the bunch of players who will take their team forward after as many as six retirements from the Test side last year, following the horrendous tour of England last year for Ashes 2015.

South Africa have opted to play AB de Villiers as an opener and the move hasn't paid dividends as yet. Barring a fifty against England, he has registered scores of 7, 0 and 13. With the World T20 round the corner, the ace South African batsmen will be looking to finish off the home season on a high. Hashim Amla hasn't got a look-in as yet and might make it into the team, albielt, as a middle-order batsman, in place of Farhaan Behardien.
