Over 6 || Score 51/0 (Q de Kock 37; S Samson 12)
Another bowling change and Axar Patel on. He is the only bowler this season to take a hat-trick.
But his first over today has just been milked.
Needing 147 runs from 90 balls at the start of the over, Quinton de Kock started the over with back-to-back doubles. A six, swept with authority, followed.
A four as he cracked through cover.
Two more singles, and 16 runs from the over.
Over 5 || Score 35/0 (Q de Kock 22; S Samson 11)
Bowling change, and Marcus Stoinis on.
A single, then back-to-back fours as Quinton de Kock soon applied pressure on the new bowler. First four was a well-timed cut shot, and the second one, an even more beautiful shot, timed to perfection, which beat an already chasing fielder from extra cover.
Two singles, and a leg-bye more to make it a 12-run over.
Over 4 || Score 23/0 (Q de Kock 13; S Samson 9)
But Mohit Sharma continued. A single to Sanju Samson to start the over. A dot ball, then Quinton de Kock played a lofted drive over the extra cover fielder for a four.
A single, then a straight drive from Samson for a single. The over ended with de Kock playing an impoverished shot for a single.
Chasing the batsman, Mohit didn't batsman no room and de Kock was forced to get back to play that shot towards square leg.
seven runs from the over.
Over 3 || Score 16/0 (Q de Kock 8; S Samson 7)
Bowling change from Kings XI Punjab. KC Cariappa on.
The leg-spinner started with a dot to Quinton de Kock, then singles of alternate balls.
de Kock swept powerfully for a four off the fifth ball. A dot more, and 6 runs from the former Kolkata Knight Riders bowler.
Delhi Daredevils need another 166 runs from 17 overs.
MOHALI:  Wriddhiman Saha hit a scintillating half-century as Kings XI Punjab managed a formidable 181 for 5 against Delhi Daredevils in an Indian Premier League encounter, here tonight.
Wriddhiman's 33-ball-52 which comprised seven boundaries was well-complemented by a 44-ball-52 from Marcus Stoinis after Zaheer Khan put the home team into bat.
The Test specialist, who has had uneventful IPL since the start of the 2015 edition finally got a score of significance after 19 innings. Incidentally, it was his first 50 plus score after his century in the 2014 IPL final.
There were two significant partnerships in the KXIP innings. 58 for the third wicket between Stoinis and Wriddhiman while the Bengal stumper also enjoyed a quickfire 46-run stand in 4.1 overs with Glenn Maxwell (16).
For the Daredevils, Chris Morris (2/30 in 4 overs) was the most successful bowler while skipper Zaheer Khan (1/25 in 3 overs) had a decent outing. Mohammed Shami (1/34 in 3 overs) had a lean day so did the consistent leg-spinner Amit Mishra (0/37 in 4 overs).
The last 6 overs produced 75 runs for the Kings XI Punjab who posted their highest team total of season-9 so far.
Murali Vijay (25, 16 balls) started with a flurry of boundaries as he was in a mood to punish Morris, who finally got his revenge when KXIP skipper's short arm pull was brilliantly snapped by Carlos Brathwaite standing at mid-wicket.

Wicket: 50 and out
Marcus Stoinies, for all the poor running between the wickets early in the innings, recovered admirably to compile a half-century. Unfortunately, immediately after completing the half-century, he lofts one in the air off Zaheer and is caught. Good catch. Good partnership. Saha is going strong and now is as good a time as any for Glenn Maxwell to come out and accelerate proceedings.Not the worst thing to happen, one would reckon.
Update: Saha, Stoinis begin KXIP rebuild
After losing those two quick wickets just after the powerplay, Stoinis and Saha have done really well. The boundaries have come at regular intervals but most importantly, the running between the wickets has been exemplary.
Wicket: Shambolic running between the wickets costs Amla
What did Amla and Stoinis have during that time-out? They tried three times to get run-out, Delhi didn't oblige and then finally on the fourth attempt, Zaheer Khan had enough and fired in a decent throw to QDK, who knocked off the bails to catch the South African short of his crease. 1 off 5 for the stylish right-hander on debut. Delhi back in this.
The closest thing to this running between the wicket was between Gambhir and Yuvraj during the 2011 World Cup quarterfinal. Let me see if I can source that video.
Wicket: Vijay falls; KXIP have 45 in the powerplay
And Murali Vijay falls after another breezy innings at the top. Morris has been off his game and this is a length delivery that Vijay should have ideally put away. His flick however finds Carlos Brathwaite at
In comes the mighty Hash, for the first time in IPL history.
Update: Vijay, Stoinis off to sparkling startS. Nadeem bowled an excellent first over but Kings XI have capitalised on the successive overs to get a good start to the game. Murali Vijay the captain started the flurry of boundaries with a succession of boundaries off Md. Shami. Not to be left behind, Stoinis helps himself to a couple of fours as well. The Daredevils bowlers have been guilty of dropping far too many balls down to the batsmen's pads. Not good.
mid-wicket. End go of a promising innings. Should be converting one of these starts into a big one. Has scored big centuries for Chennai Super Kings but hasn't been able to do the same since.

13.2 overs: FIFTY up for Stoinis in 42 balls.
The IPL is nine this year, still a child as leagues around the world go, but one where you can now see changes popping up here and there, especially in the way it is played. Indeed, every couple of years you see something that makes you wonder: is this how it is going to be? And then, bowlers and batsmen get wiser and everyone has to discover newer subtleties in this frenetic game.
End of innings: Axar cameo propels KXIP to 181

This is now their best score of IPL 2016. Good start, wobble, recovery, accelaration, wobble, good finish - that was the story of the Punjab innings. After Saha and Maxwell fell in succession, Axar tonked a few to propel the hosts to 181. Good score. But will it be enough?
Wickets: Maxwell, Saha fall in quick succession
Oh, Delhi coming back Sahahere. Two quick wickets that could end up denying the hosts the final flourish. Maxwell is the first to fall as he misses a Chris Morris full toss, attempting a fancy shot over short-fine and gets out bowled. Saha falls in the next over when he slices a length delivery from Shami straight to mid off. Losing momentum here. Can Miller and Axar take them to 180?
Milestone: Brisk half-century from Saha
Wriddhiman Saha completes a 29-ball half-century. He has been promoted above both Maxwell and Miller and the promotion is justified. He's timed everything today. The odd lapse has been compensated by Delhi's abject fielding.

IPL T20 - Live Cricket and Watch Online IPL Virat Kohli's Unbeaten 108 Powers RCB To Seven Wicket Win Over RPS, IPL T20 - Live Cricket and Watch Online IPL Virat Kohli's Unbeaten 108 Powers RCB To Seven Wicket Win Over RPS.The Supergiants's bowlers failed to pose any threat to both Kohli and KL Rahul, who shared the hosts' first fifty-run stand of the season for the opening wicket. Rahul played an able support to Kohli, who produced another masterclass. Kohli peppered the cover region consistently and helped Royal Challengers Bangalore race away to 94 for 0 after 11.

Whilst the likes of RP Singh and Thisara Perera were tackled with ease, and even taken for runs, the Supergiants's trump card turned out to be IPL debutant Adam Zampa - who replaced an injured Murugan Ashwin. Zampa provided the visitors a double-wicket break, accounting for Rahul (38 off 35) and AB de Villiers (1) in the 12th over, conceding only three runs. The leg-spinner, who was introduced into the attack after the powerplay, witnessed the class of Kohli first-hand after two vintage boundaries in the ninth over. However, after an opening over of 11, he came back strongly to induce a little extra turn that did Rahul in as George Bailey obliged willingly at deep cover. Off the last ball, de Villiers sliced a legbreak straight to Perera at long off, who held on to the catch after pedalling backwards.
The momentum switched sides again as Shane Watson hammered Perera for five boundaries in the 14th over. Perera was ousted from the attack after conceding 40 off three overs. After a stellar bowling outing with 3 for 24, Watson then raced away to 36 off 12 balls, before being trapped by RP in the 16th over with 49 to get in 27 balls. R Ashwin was introduced into the attack only in the 17th over and bowled only the one for the match after conceding 7.
Zampa, who returned to bowl his final over with figures of 2 for 17, was taken apart by an composed Kohli, for 18 runs, reducing the equation to 22 to get off the final two overs. With bulk of the work done, Bangalore bagged a crucial two points as Kohli finished the job unbeaten on 108 off 58 - the only Indian player in IPL history to score two centuries in one season. His phenomenal effort included seven sixes and eight fours.
Rahane's stellar tournament continued in fine fashion as he cruised to his sixth fifty. His 74 off 48 balls anchored Pune's innings of 191 for 6 - with Bangalore conceding a score of 170-plus once again, as they have all season.
Kohli and Rahul constructed a 94 run partnership. Later, Rahul fell to Adam Zampa while going for a huge shot, caught by George Bailey near the boundary.
Though Ab de Villiers (1) faltered, Watson rose to the occasion with a quick fire 13-ball 36-run knock.
The veteran Australian all-rounder blasted five fours and two sixes to emerge valuable with the bat as well after a fine bowling performance.
His show got over after he was declared leg before the wicket off Singh in the 16th over while attempting a big heave.
Meanwhile, Kohli saw to it that the asking rate fell down steadily and swiftly. From an asking rate of 142 runs in 78 balls after the beginning of the match, it fell down to 122 runs needed in 66 balls and 98 in 54 balls and later 77 in 38.
By the end of the 19th over, RCB needed 16 runs off eight ball and four runs off six balls in the final over, Travis Head (6) took a single giving the strike to Kohli.
Excited and entertained fans in the stadium stood up flashing their glowing cell phones to witness the victory coming from Kohli's bat. With one run needed in four balls, Kohli cracked a four to claim the victory.
Adam Zampa 2/35 performed the best with the ball for PSG while R. P. Singh 1/37 was the only other bowler to manage a wicket.
The match, however, turned on its head and in Bangalore's favour as the home side milked 39 runs off two overs -- 20 from 14th bowled by Perera and 19 from the 15th by Bhatia. Watson smashed a hapless Perera for five fours in a scintilalting show of strokemaking. He then hit Bhatia for two sixes as the bowler bled 19 runs.

That brought down the asking rate to 10 an over and immediately Watson was out LBW to Singh in the 16th over.
Ashwin was introduced in the 17th over and he gave away seven runs and after that he was not used as Kohli made the stadium on fire with a flurry of lusty blows to take the game away from Pune.
Earlier, Ajinkya Rahane and Saurabh Tiwary smashed half centuries to power Pune to an imposing 191 for six after being put into bat.
While opener Rahane made 74 off 48 balls with the help of eight boundaries and two sixes, Tiwary's 52 came off 39 balls during which he struck nine boundaries.
Yazuvendra Singh Chahal was the only bowler for Bangalore to pick up the lone wicket as Usman Khawaja who was run out for 16 runs off six balls with two boundaries and a six.
Pune had a poor start as Khawaja lost his wicket when the score was 26 on the board in 2.2 overs.
The dismissal, however, brought together Rahane and Tiwary, who played sensibly and took the bowling apart when required as they hit some exquisite shots to put together 106 runs for the second wicket.
